Email Sending Issues

We discovered that due to issues with our email server settings and email sending program, we were unable to send the following emails from 9:36 pm (UTC) on April 6 to 5:22 am (UTC) on April 10:

Before Sign-in

1. Authentication emails for new users signing up

2. Password reset confirmation emails

After Sign-in

3. Confirmation emails for change of registered email address

4. Confirmation emails for adding an email address and password to users’ sign-in method

5. Confirmation emails for change of password

Regarding 2, 3, 4, and 5, the issues have been resolved, so please retry the related action.

Regarding 1, we will email affected users with instructions on how to receive the authentication email, so please check your inbox for an email from Manga Planet.
