Issue with Former Pass Holders Using Stripe Unable to Resubscribe

Thank you for supporting Manga Planet.

We have been informed by several users formerly using Stripe to subscribe to a Pass, that they are unable to newly become a Pass Holder.

The issue has been investigated.

We found that after Manga Planet’s Stripe account was banned, all Passes using Stripe were automatically cancelled on Stripe’s end and was not properly communicated to Manga Planet’s systems.

If you are experiencing the same issue, please contact Manga Planet Support with the same email as your Manga Planet Account as soon as possible.
