*IMPORTANT* Message to Stripe Users

Thank you for always supporting Manga Planet.

We have been informed by payment method provider Stripe that users will no longer be able to make payments on Manga Planet using Stripe due to our distributing R18 content.
Manga Planet’s account with Stripe has already been suspended.

We apologize for the sudden notice and appreciate your understanding in this matter.

The effect of Stripe’s ban is outlined in detail as follows:

・Current Manga Planet Pass Holders Using Stripe

If you became a Pass Holder (previously “subscriber”) with Manga Planet, your Pass will not be renewed, and therefore you will no longer be a Pass Holder after your Pass’s expiry date.*
If you became a Pass Holder (previously “subscriber”) with futekiya (before the merge), your Pass will not be affected and will automatically renew as per usual.

・Prospective Manga Planet Pass Holders

Trying to become a Pass Holder using Stripe as your payment method will likely return an error.*
PayPal as a payment option is not affected by Stripe’s ban. Therefore, if you experience an error with PayPal, please reach out to their customer service.

・Points Purchased Using Stripe

Points Purchased using Stripe are not affected and will be usable until their expiry date as per usual.

・Purchasing Points

Trying to purchase points using Stripe as your payment method will likely return an error.*
PayPal as a payment option is not affected by Stripe’s ban. Therefore, if you experience an error with PayPal, please reach out to their customer service.

We are working to update our interface so that Stripe is no longer an option for users by end of January.
We appreciate your patience in this matter.

Lastly, PayPal is not affected by Stripe’s ban, and recommend switching to PayPal to continue reading on Manga Planet.
